The Helpdesk Support is crucial in providing exceptional support to partners who utilize our client s technology to power mobility and transportation networks. This customerfacing position focuses on building strong connections between our client s partners and Product & Engineering Team ensuring they can maximize the benefits of their technology and enhance their overall experience.


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Night shift MonFri 9PM6AM
Work Setup: Permanent WFH; NCR Pampanga Baguio

What do you need to succeed

Personal Competencies:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a vigilant approach to problemsolving.
  • Strong processoriented mindset coupled with exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and seek innovative solutions challenging the status quo.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen sense of appropriateness and tone.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 13 years of work experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish Arabic French Italian Dutch or Japanese is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus.

  • Develop a deep understanding of technology use cases and best practices to address and resolve partners issues effectively.
  • Prioritize operational matters and provide efficient technical specific and strategic responses to partner inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Operations Product and Engineering teams to identify report and resolve product issues while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners acting as a trusted advisor and consistently delivering outstanding support.
