Job brief

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who is passionate about traveling. You will manage travel requirements made for business or leisure travel. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Responsibilities

Serving agents They will only service ticket issuance exchanges changes and refunds.
Handle flight reservation existing bookingdate change refund name corrections.
Handing Customer queries and complaints in real time via phone. Chat and email.
Meet SLA targets lower response times increasing productivity etc.

Requirements

• 
  Proven work experience as a travel agent with a minimum 4 years of experience in the servicing industry.
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems GDS systems ( Amadeus. Sabre) and etraveling.
• Must be fluent in both GDS. Issuing changes exchanges phase 4s etc.
• Fluency in English Must have the ability to communicate via the phone in English written and verbal.
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness. Ability to interact communicate Organized and a go getter.
• Must be personable and easily understandable by customers predominantly in US UK and Asian countries
• Standard working hours a 5 day work week and across 3 rotational shifts including night shifts.
• Sound knowledge of international travel trends
• Degree in Hospitality Travel Tourism Business or relevant field
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule and can work full time onsite ( Ortigas Pasig
