Job Responsibilities:

• Processing credit card payments
• Responds to email queries and answer phone call to support hotel with regards to payment issues on timely basis.
• Communicates and supports AP team with regards to variances in vendors account.
• Reversal of previously issued credit card payment
• Daily reporting and issuance & reversal tracker of Credit cards
• Any adhoc reporting or financial analysis for line manager

Job Requirements:

• Business/admin graduate with deep understanding in basic accounting (Accounting Graduate is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Have knowledge in Customer Service
• Familiar with accounting software
• Experience in MS Office tools particularly in excel
• Open to work in shifting schedule
