Responsibilities as an Associate Small Merchants in Tarlac:

The incumbent will be responsible for establishing or terminating affiliations with newtobank (NTB) merchants for P2M/ewallet and/or new product expansion within the assigned area.

They will provide assistance to the division and actively participate in company promotions and projects.

Conducting searches and evaluations to identify potential merchants in the area and creating a portfolio of prospects will be part of the job.

The associate will regularly visit assigned merchants to promptly address their immediate needs and concerns.

They will review actual billings against targets and prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports to be submitted to the division and group head.

Recommending and executing the termination of merchant affiliations based on various criteria such as nonbillers failure to meet billing requirements instances of fraud or as recommended by CCAP (Customer Complaints Action Panel).
