Duties/Responsibilities:
*Monitor and manage tickets emails and chats with customers for both retail and custom orders
*Coordinate with the graphic designer on order details for custom orders
*Occasionally handle customer service phone calls
*Place purchase orders (POs) for production
*Track and monitor custom orders
*Coordinate with the 3rd party shipping warehouse to ship custom orders
*Monitor all online platforms
*Conduct customer outreach
*Generate sales leads
Skills Required:
*Customerfocused mindset
*Positive attitude maintaining a positive demeanor even when handling complaints
*Fluent in English both written and verbal
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Detailoriented and organized
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Proficient in Google Apps (Gmail Google Drive Google Sheets etc.).
*Must have experience with these Programs/Apps: Shopify Gorgias Notion RingCentral
