Act as software detectives provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support for Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows Server Administration including installation configuration and maintenance.
Identify and troubleshoot issues within critical business systems including software hardware and network components.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technical issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including system configurations troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
Strong understanding of software hardware and network components.
Experience with troubleshooting and problemsolving techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or HyperV.
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Additional Information:
The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
