Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Type: Contract; FullTime
Location: Multiple locations Canada (Hybrid)

Our client is a Crown corporation providing specialized and personalized financial services to farming operations. Our client offers financing insurance software learning programs and other business services to producers agribusiness owners and agrifood entrepreneurs across the country.
Responsibilities:
*Provides creative design solutions and expertise
Leads the design process with internal clients and stakeholders for requirements gathering
Presents concepts and prototypes to clients to elicit insights and feedback
Creates original designs concepts and makes final recommendations about direction
Researches and keeps current with industry best practices to maintain expertise
*Develops and supports new and existing digital properties
Develops implements and supports digital experiences for various organizational initiatives
Where necessary analyzes existing code designs and develops new code creates test scenarios or transactions comp
*User experience
Translates concepts into wireframes and mockups and intuitive user experiences
Designs client s product visions by researching conceiving wireframing sketching prototyping and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
Gathers customer feedback on prototypes and solutions through various means of usability testing and incorporating feedback into new iterations.
Designs and delivers wireframes user stories user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Requirements:
Required Experience
Knowledge is generally acquired through an undergraduate degree in a related field
3 to 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional UI and UX design skills
Understanding the principles of design key elements and User Experience
Understanding of new and emerging technologies
Comfortable working to iterate existing assets or starting from scratch on net new offerings
Strong design and conceptual skills
Agile experience
Figma experience
Specific Project Requirements: The company s Small Segment team is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and agile Change Advisor to support Small Segment initiatives by developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic change requirements in this space. The Change Advisor will play a key role in ensuring employee adoption and usage. The Change Advisor will focus on the people's side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Advisor will work with initiative teams and leaders to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. Skills: Top Skills Required: Demonstrate specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in change management consultancy. Excellent facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels. Ability to quickly understand and gauge corporate climate and culture. Excellent communication skills. Other Skills Required: Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Experience with change management in an Agile environment Assets: Minimum 7 years experience in employee and/or organizational effectiveness or change management. Advanced knowledge of organizational effectiveness or change management principles and practices. Change management certification or designation. Strong understanding of Financial institutions and/or previous experience providing change management support for financial institutions
