Qualifikation

• You speak a native level of German and English fluently
• You hold a degree (Bachelor or Masters) and you have some experience in Recruiting HR Sales or similar
• Youre genuinely curious about how different businesses work and love showing off what you can do.
• Youre really good at dealing with tough situations understanding others and talking to people which makes you great at getting new clients as a Sales Consultant.
• You work closely with your colleagues in Germany to seal the deal smoothly.
• You like a good challenge and aim to score the best results daily
• You know how to work autonomously
• You are a dynamic curious and adaptable person
• You have a great sense of responsibility
