Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to oversee our sales team and drive our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the medical tourism field and possess exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to enhance team performance and achieve sales goals.

Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance reviews.

Provide coaching to team members to improve skills and knowledge in medical tourism products and sales techniques.

Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in English (both verbal and written).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the medical tourism industry.

Strong leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
