Position: Sr. Manager FP&A
Base Location: Kerala Kottayam
Experience: 1012 Years
Reporting to: Director
Industry: Auto/Agriculture/Real Estate
Position summary: AVG is looking to hire an experienced finance professional to lead the FP&A function for all the group companies. The person will lead and manage the FP&A budget forecasts processes and reporting of financial data to aid business planning.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing Reports:
Develop and support Management Information Systems (MIS). Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate manner.
Preparation of daily weekly and monthly reports and assist in preparing MIS and other reports.
Assist in preparing a monthly MIS reporting package which includes financial performance & variance analysis reports on key operational areas etc.
Financial Planning Budgeting Forecasting & Variance Analysis:
Preparing Budgets Forecasts Business Plans and related Executive Summaries and Analyses.
Assist in Preparing Business Forecast models for the Company.
Assist in Financial Analysis Health Check and Management Audits and be involved in various Finance and Accounting activities / tasks.
Technical Skills:
Exceptional spreadsheet (Excel and Google Sheet) skills
Ability to quickly develop effective understanding of logical accounting data structures and data interrelationships to evaluate and make recommendations on process/system controls and reporting
Work on Business Intelligence and other tools as suggested by the Company
Indepth detailed understanding of accounting concepts
