Job Description
- Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP Ariba solutions in Qatar.
- Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the endtoend contract management process in compliance with Qatari legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in Qatar to integrate SAP Ariba with other enterprise systems.
- Manage data migration and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Provide ongoing support for SAP Ariba modules addressing user issues and troubleshooting system errors in the Qatar office.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for endusers in Qatar on SAP Ariba functionalities.
- Create user manuals and documentation for reference.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within SAP Ariba and contract management workflows in the Qatar context.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and new features in SAP Ariba.
- Generate and analyze reports specific to Qatar to provide insights into contract performance.
- Create dashboards and reports to support decisionmaking.
- Work closely with vendors in Qatar to optimize the use of SAP Ariba tools.
- Collaborate on joint initiatives and process improvements.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related field.
- 68 years of handson experience with SAP Ariba implementation and contract management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication skills to work with stakeholders in the Qatar office.
- SAP Ariba Certification
