We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role you will lead data science projects design robust processes and play a key role in shaping our data architecture. The ideal candidate is not only a technical expert but also possesses strong leadership abilities strategic thinking and a passion for driving datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.

Your position in our Team

• Lead and manage endtoend data projects from conception to implementation.
• Design and implement scalable data products.
• Utilize statistical modeling techniques and advanced machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Foster data literacy within the organization through effective communication of data findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align data science initiatives with overall business goals.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and technology and apply innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in data science computer science statistics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience leading and managing data science projects (5 years).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools and libraries.
• Indepth understanding of data architecture principles and database systems (SQL NoSQL).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
