Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with their requests and offering solutions to meet their needs - Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed - Providing support to the client service team as required - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly - Collaborating with colleagues to improve overall client service processes Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Excellent cooperation and negotiation skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
