Your responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, training colleagues and maintaining a positive dining experience for guests. Collaborating with the management team, you ensure the restaurant operates seamlessly, meeting and exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and cleanliness.
• Conduct training sessions for colleagues on service standards, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
• Interact with guests, address concerns, and contribute to a positive dining experience.
• Assist in handling customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
• Contribute to financial goals by monitoring costs, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.
• Collaborate with colleagues, kitchen team, and other departments to foster a positive working environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in food and service to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Proactively identify and address operational challenges to maintain a high level of service.
• Maintain open and effective communication with the Restaurant Manager and other relevant departments.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
