Employer Branding Specialist - 2 years contract

This role is perfect for someone who loves the challenge of building and maintaining a strong employer brand and thrives on internal communication to keep the team engaged and informed.

As an Employer Branding Specialist You Will:

Develop and implement innovative employer branding strategies that position the company as an employer of choice to both external talents and their current team members;

Craft compelling narratives and messaging that showcase the culture values and the unique opportunities offered across various platforms (social media company website job boards etc.);

Collaborate with HR team to ensure their employer brand is consistent and powerful across all channels;

Lead internal communication efforts to build a strong sense of community and ensure the team is informed engaged and proud to be part of their journey;

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of their employer branding initiatives making datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement;

Be the custodian of their employer brand monitoring market trends and competitor strategies to keep them ahead of the curve.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment employer branding with a portfolio of projects that showcases your impact;

Exceptional communication skills with a talent for creating engaging content and a keen eye for visual branding;

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion;

A collaborative spirit ready to work across teams and departments to achieve great results;

Creativity innovation and the willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches to employer branding;
