Position Overview:
As an Italian Speaking Customer Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for our Italianspeaking customers ensuring their travel experiences are smooth and enjoyable. You will address inquiries provide detailed information resolve issues and manage bookings with a high level of professionalism and care. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with Italianspeaking customers via phone email and live chat to address their travelrelated queries and provide support.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer issues ensuring their travel plans proceed smoothly and without interruption.
- Information Sharing: Offer accurate information about travel itineraries destinations policies and services to customers.
- Booking Assistance: Help customers with booking new trips altering existing reservations and processing cancellations ensuring all details are handled meticulously.
- Support Services: Provide comprehensive support for any travelrelated concerns assisting customers through challenges and ensuring a positive experience.
- Feedback Management: Collect and document customer feedback to inform service improvements and product enhancements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service operation.
- Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions transactions comments and complaints in our CRM system.
- Compliance Adherence: Follow company policies and industry regulations maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian both written and spoken is essential. Proficiency in English is also required.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service particularly in the travel industry is highly advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customercentric approach.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems including CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
