Customer Support Agent - Bucharest Office

Were looking for enthusiastic and talented Customer Support Agents to join our growing team in Bucharest! In this role youll be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking customers ensuring they have a positive and efficient experience.

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in German (C1C2 level)
• Troubleshoot customer issues and answer questions in a clear concise and professional manner
• Research and resolve complex inquiries ensuring customer satisfaction
• Proactively identify and escalate critical issues
• Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate information
• Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support call center hotel & service industry
• Fluency in German (C1C2 level) mandatory. Testing will be conducted during the interview process.
• Strong proficiency in English (B2 level) mandatory. Testing will be conducted during the interview process.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
• A positive customercentric attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Team player with a collaborative spirit
