The Role

Join our vibrant multilingual BPO center as a Customer Experience Specialist! As a key player in our mission to deliver international service excellence youll be the first point of contact for our valued clients in the travel industry.

What Youll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times.
  • Assist airline customers with flight changes cancellations lost baggage and claims.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in both Italian (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries demonstrating a strong commitment to issue resolution.
  • Uphold a positive and empathetic approach building trust and rapport with each customer.

Youre a Perfect Fit If You Have

  • Strong written and spoken Italian (C1 level) and English (B2 level) language skills.
  • A passion for customer service and a proven ability to exceed expectations.
  • Experience in a BPO/contact center environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with airline booking systems (Amadeus Galileo or Sabre) is a valuable asset.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to be part of a winning team.

Salary & Schedule

  • 4370 RON net salary meal tickets (15 RON/day) private medical subscription transport settlement
  • MondayFriday 10:0019:00 (fully onsite)
  • Office location: Bucharest
  • No relocation package available

Italian (C1) & English (B2) Required

We prefer candidates with at least 6 months of experience in customer support call centers or the hospitality industry. However recent graduates with no work experience are also encouraged to apply!
