Job Description

As we expand our office in Bucharest we seek dedicated customeroriented individuals to join our team as Italian Speaking Travel Agents. Position Overview:

As an Italian Speaking Travel Agent you will be the primary point of contact for our Italianspeaking customers ensuring they have an excellent travel experience. Your responsibilities will include managing travel reservations providing expert travel advice resolving issues and ensuring each customers journey is smooth and enjoyable. Your role is essential in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with Italianspeaking clients via phone email and live chat to assist with their travel needs and inquiries.
  • Travel Consultation: Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations accommodations transportation and activities to create personalized travel plans.
  • Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings including flights hotels car rentals and tours ensuring all details are accurate and meet customer expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Quickly and effectively resolve travelrelated issues or concerns ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Information Provision: Deliver detailed and accurate information about travel destinations company policies and services.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with modifications cancellations and special requests related to their travel plans.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service operation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain thorough records of customer interactions transactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and industry regulations ensuring professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian both written and spoken is essential. Proficiency in English is also required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in the travel industry or a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • ProblemSolving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and company policies.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field such as hospitality tourism or business is a plus.
