Job Description
- Creating emergency lighting designs and all related technical documentation and calculations needed for the offering process and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the different local and regional sales teams providing technical support on products, systems, application including finding cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborating with the different operational teams to fulfill their customer satisfaction targets having the focus on Sales.
- Contributing technical support in the after-sales stage related to customer quality issues, field service activities and remote support.
- Assisting the Product and Marketing Group with providing technical details on products, systems and regulations/standards for them to create appropriate documentation.
