HR Manager Woven Sack Unit
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Develop an HR Policy for the factory keeping best industry practices
Maintain day to day attendance and overtime and provide all details for timely salary payment
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract hire and retain highquality employees.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment by developing policies on issues like equal employment opportunity sexual harassment etc.
Oversee and manage a pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Liaison with departments such as labour ESI etc
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as HR Manager or Sr HR Executive.
Peopleoriented and resultsdriven.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
