About Peppermint Robotics
Peppermint is an autonomous robotics company costarted out of SINE IITBombay and supported by Qualcomm. With a focused goal of expediting the advent of service robots Peppermint designs and makes commercial housekeeping robots from its factory in Pune and
works across from its o ces in Pune Mumbai Bangalore Dubai and Austin.

Overview
As a Sales Executive at Peppermint Robotics youll have the opportunity to gain valuable handson experience in a cuttingedge robotics company. We are seeking a talented and detailoriented individual who possesses attention to detail proactive communication to plan
within the available resources and is self driven. This role would support the North India operations.

Location:
Delhi / Manesar

Qualification:
Bachelors degree/Diploma in Business Administration Marketing or related eld is preferred.
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Mechanical or Electronics engineering would be an advantage.

What The Work Looks Like:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the North Region.
  • Proactively generate new leads Identify and pursue new business opportunities & create prospective clients within the territory.
  • Actively & e ciently engage with business inquiries and leads received from the marketing team.
  • Build a large prospective client base and maximize the conversion of business opportunities into successful deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our Service Robots.
  • Oversea the order execution deployment and overall management of implementation with the technical ops team.
  • Be actively involved in providing training and support to clients on product usage seamless operations and maintenance.
  • Be proactive in proposing and concluding the annual maintenance contract on deployed products with the client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Follow up and ensure timely receipts of payments due from the client and keep the Account Receivables within the agreed & acceptable terms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports forecasts and other documentation as required.
  • Follow efficiently the relevant processes and standard operating procedures as laid down by the organization.
  • Be effective efficient timely and proactive in communication internally and externally.

Experience and Skills / Qualities We Deeply Value:
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the cleaning equipment or Facility Management services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with pro ciency in English. Knowledge of local regional languages would be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the North Region market.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and demonstrations.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fastpaced environments embraces challenges with a positive mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Leadership: Inspires and motivates teams excels in proactive problem solving.
