Job Description

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on major platforms like Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct indepth audience research and targeting to reach the right potential buyers and renters.
  • Create and test compelling ad copy visuals and landing pages for optimal conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance analyze data and make datadriven optimizations to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
  • Report on campaign results and metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain campaign budgets and ensure costeffectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to achieve overall marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in paid media advertising preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering results through paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Pixel).
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Experience with marketing principles and best practices is a plus.
