- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on major platforms like Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct indepth audience research and targeting to reach the right potential buyers and renters.
- Create and test compelling ad copy visuals and landing pages for optimal conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance analyze data and make datadriven optimizations to improve campaign efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
- Report on campaign results and metrics to key stakeholders.
- Maintain campaign budgets and ensure costeffectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to achieve overall marketing goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in paid media advertising preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of success in delivering results through paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
- Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Pixel).
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
