Role and Responsibilities:
As a Tele Sales / Telle Caller at XP India you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our financial advisory platform. You will engage with customers to understand their needs provide information about our services and persuade them to partner with us. Additionally you will maintain accurate records of interactions follow up on leads and achieve sales targets.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role. Strong communication skills a persuasive demeanor and the ability to handle rejection professionally are essential for this position.
