Roles and Responsibilities
As Admin Associate the incumbent will be responsible for managing Vendor Management (payments) Critical Utility Payments etc. for pan India covering approx. 56 branches. Tracking the budgets and strict adherence to the same.
The Key responsibilities are:
- Responsible for handling multiple branches across India for all types of vendors payments rent & maintenance critical utility payments AMC payments infra project payments etc.
- Ability to prepare annual budget for the administration department.
- Manage cyclic activities such as 6 monthly No dues certificate from all 300 vendors preparing financial provision at the end of financial year clearance & payingoff provisions in next 3 months distributing TDS certificates to all vendors and landlord.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills on Excel word emails.
- Prior experience in Expense Management Budgets Administration etc.
