Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage administrative activities within the manufacturing facility
Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
Handle employee records and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in organizing company events and meetings
Address administrative issues and queries from employees
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Admin Incharge or similar role
Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
