Job Title: Admin Executive
1. Provide administrative support to senior management team.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements accommodations and transportation.
3. Prepare and distribute meeting materials agendas and minutes.
4. Maintain accurate and uptodate records and files.
5. Manage and track expenses invoices and receipts.
6. Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience: 2 years
1. Office Admin Activities
2. Ability to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.
3. Should be handle the Facility Arrangement
4. Ability to manage the Office stationary and Maintenance.
5. Front office handling with ledgers
6. Should be having a Admin Purchase Knowledge
7. Should have handled House Keeping & Security Management .
8. Must having knowledge in MS Office.
