Roles & Responsibilities:
Site Leadership: Provide leadership at the Ulhasnagar site overseeing and managing the entire closing process. Collaborate with the sales team and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Deal Closing: Take charge of the deal closing process ensuring that all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently to secure property transactions.
Negotiation: Work closely with the sales team and prospective buyers to negotiate and finalize deal terms ensuring that all parties are in agreement and satisfied.
Closing Timelines: Manage closing timelines to ensure that transactions are completed on schedule and meet all contractual deadlines.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with buyers and other relevant parties to keep them informed about the progress of the closing process.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the closing process facilitating smooth and satisfactory resolutions.
