Roles
  • Heading a team of Business Leads overseeing their business acquisition tasks managing the lead/conversion funnel and monitoring their upkeep and growth thereafter
  • Operating as a point of escalation for account briefs and enquiries
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships with clients leading to business growth
  • Being seen as the authority on product and strategy by both colleagues and clients
  • Identifying growth opportunities within teams and for accounts and pushing for their execution through the right channels and team members
  • Contributing to new business presentations and analysis through insights media/strategy plans and innovations
  • Managing workload and assisting teams in prioritizing based on business funnels and company targets

Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and business development with relevant experience in team management preferably within digital media and advertising
  • Working knowledge of media channels campaign management experience and business acquisition
  • Able to communicate effectively with the client and internal teams acting as a liaison for briefs and escalated conversation
  • Strong knowledge of digital media current local trends in media consumption marketing opportunities and business trends
  • Experience with negotiations pitches and the ability to take the tougher executive calls
