We are looking for a skilled HR Professional who will be involved in cross functional
coordination. With a strong understanding of talent acquisition management and development
of talents through developing policies and managing procedures. Who will be responsible for
administrative tasks and will contribute in making the company a better place to work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating and implementing human resources policies and best practices in line with the
company s strategic goals.
Closely working with Sales Team.
Identifying an organization s needs and working to create and implement an efficient
talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
Cross Functional strategizing with Sales team.
Managing a highlyskilled team to assist with talent development and acquisition.
Exit formalities HR Policies Joining formalities Induction.
Organizing and overseeing individual and team training programs.
Developing and implementing employee retention programs or strategies.
Developing effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce.
Reporting and reviewing of task with Sales Team.
Build Organization Chart to understand Reporting structure and upgrade it.
Develop structured work flow and strictly implement it through people management.
Collaborate with the larger ecosystem of HR and maintain knowledge of emerging
trends best practices regulatory changes and new technologies in HRM.
Frame the Policies and Code of Conduct to implement proper work method i.e. Leave
policies Work from Home policies Working Hours Policy etc.
Advocate for team members be a trusted and confidential advisor and suggest best
practices to enhance employee experience.
Drive the integrated Performance Management System including each and every
employee to discuss about the Performance growth.
Maintain accurate HRIS data with regards to any employee life cycle or organization
Required Knowledge and Skill:
Strategic planning and vision.
Excellent communication interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Sound judgment and problemsolving skills and process improvement.
Must be updated with the HR Trends.
Leadership qualities.
Education and experience:
Education BBA/MBAHR
Experience 35 years of experience in Human Resource Management
