To strengthen our global team we are searching for a:
Frontend Engineer (MarTech AdTech & Web Performance) (all genders)
A midlevel Frontend engineerwho will help with developing innovative and reliable software solutions that seamlessly integrate marketing and advertising technologies (MarTech and AdTech) ensuring alignment with business strategies and adherence to project plans specifications as well as IT standards and Google Web Development guidelines.This role will be hybrid in our beautiful office in Berlin Kreuzberg.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Indepth experience in web technologies including JavaScript (ES5/ES6) React CSS and HTML (Typescript is nice to have).
- Proficient in API integration SEO principles and mobilefirst design approaches.
- Familiarity with browser testing debugging hydration and serverside rendering.
- Good knowledge of software architecture digital marketing principles and datadriven methodologies.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with nontechnical team members within the marketing department.
- Expertise in Web Performance Optimization and understanding of Google Core Web Vitals.
- Big plus: Experience in Contentful.
Your profile:
- Develop test and deploy highquality software solutions using JavaScript HTML/CSS focusing on continuous improvement and high code quality.
- Optimize web applications for performance and user experience particularly Google Core Web Vitals (LCP FID CLS NIP TTFB FCP TBT TTI).
- Work on AdTech initiatives by implementing and optimizing programmatic ad solutions enhancing ad delivery and performance on digital platforms.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in web development practices MarTech and AdTech.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers backend engineers and project managers to build and iterate on features that enhance conversion and user engagement.
- Provide technical support to team members fostering a culture of professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Implement and monitor A/B testing troubleshoot bugs and optimize web performance especially for mobile users.
- Contribute to the sustainability of IT architecture and maintain system and production documentation.
- Contribute to documentation for current and future processes.
- Support with QA and troubleshoot bugs as needed.
- A desire for education and growth with the latest development techniques and best practices.
