Job Description
When customers call their banks they are actually calling our customer and finally you (m/f/d). There you help people by answering questions processing transactions and resolving their issues! You provide awesome customer service on behalf of one big company customers deal with every day.
The team comes from an array of backgrounds and experiences; all share their passion for People Serving People. You go beyond answering questions and solving problems to provide a memorable experience. You are a dynamic team looking for innovators and trailblazers who will inspire others.
You fit into this customer service role if you:
- Speak on the phone and use a computer
- Empathize and be friendly with people you have never met
- Use logic and solve problems
- Be part of a team
- Are fluent in Czech and English
Nice to have (but not required):
- Customer service / Customer Support background
- Understanding of a call center environment
- Experience with financial services healthcare technology companies or something similar
