Your deliverables

• Join one or more projects as a project assistant supporting the project team in the successful implementation of the project
• Follow processes and provide onground support for event operations and execution
• Support the project team in detailed documentation and periodic reporting
  
• Take active participation in the projects presence on our social media channels
• Take on a few projects and oversee their execution
• If necessary represent your supervisor in meetings and workshops
• Conceptualize and prepare presentation materials; create and follow up on reports
• Additional tasks may arise and might be taken on depending on personal interests and workload.

Your qualifications and skills

• You are enthusiastic about the work we do at Impact Hub Berlin and interested in our focus topics
  
• You have excellent spoken and written skills in English (and preferably also German) and know your way around Google Drive
• You are selfmotivated creative and structuredk
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Passion for innovation entrepreneurship and impact
• The right to work in the EU and be based in Berlin
