Impact Hub Berlin is looking for a Project Assistant for Programmesto support in project management event execution and database management. Its your opportunity todive into the Berlin startup culture through stakeholder management!

Your deliverables
- Join one or more projects as a project assistant supporting the project team in the successful implementation of the project
- Follow processes and provide onground support for event operations and execution
- Support the project team in detailed documentation and periodic reporting
- Take active participation in the projects presence on our social media channels
- Take on a few projects and oversee their execution
- If necessary represent your supervisor in meetings and workshops
- Conceptualize and prepare presentation materials; create and follow up on reports
- Additional tasks may arise and might be taken on depending on personal interests and workload.
Your qualifications and skills
- You are enthusiastic about the work we do at Impact Hub Berlin and interested in our focus topics
- You have excellent spoken and written skills in English (and preferably also German) and know your way around Google Drive
- You are selfmotivated creative and structuredk
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for innovation entrepreneurship and impact
- The right to work in the EU and be based in Berlin
