Job Description
- A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- An active membership of a U.S. State Bar and be able to meet the eligibility requirements for in-house practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience as an employment attorney
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in an in-house role
- In-depth experience advising multi-state and multi-country employer(s) on various employment related legal issues
- Flexibility to approach legal challenges with a business-partner- mentality to provide strategic. creative, solution-oriented results that balance risk with business goals
