Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter with a focus on IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of proven experience in recruiting for IT positions demonstrating a strong understanding of the IT industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent. This role involves managing the endtoend recruitment process collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
- Utilize various channels including job boards social media and professional networks to source and identify qualified IT professionals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess technical skills experience and cultural fit.
Job Posting and Advertisement:
- Write compelling and accurate job descriptions for IT positions.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and monitor responses.
Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a positive interview experience.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and preferences.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
- Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software will be a plus point.
