Job Description

Process: Italian Process

Location: Mansarovar Jaipur 302020

Shift: Night Shift 5 Days a week

Position: Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing excellent customer service through voice and chat support.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely solutions.

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support

Requirement :
* Need Candidates with excellent Italian & English Communication Ss
* C1 or B2 Certified Italian Language
* C1 or B2 Certified English

Requirements and ss Proven experience as debt collector / negotiator / debt settlement experience Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines Knowledge of relevant legal requirements USA Working knowledge of MS Office and databases Excellent communication, drive, results focused, motivated and people ss Apt in negotiating and persuading to closure Ability to be professional, polite and compionate without lacking confidence
