Job Title: Project Manager Construction (Architectural Firm)
Location: Lekki Lagos
Job Type: Fulltime
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Our client a renowned architectural firm committed to delivering quality innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with experience in the construction industry to join their dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of architectural projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans encompassing timelines budgets and resource allocation ensuring alignment with client expectations and architectural design specifications.
2. Team Coordination: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including architects engineers and contractors ensuring seamless communication and effective project execution.
3. Construction Oversight: Manage onsite construction activities ensuring adherence to architectural plans quality standards safety regulations and project timelines.
4. Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients providing regular updates addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction phase.
5. Budget Monitoring: Monitor project budgets and expenditures making informed decisions to optimize project profitability and resource allocation.
6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate challenges ensuring successful project delivery.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant building codes zoning regulations and safety standards in Nigeria.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts change orders and progress reports.
9. Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control processes to guarantee the delivery of highquality construction projects in line with architectural standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in architecture civil engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Prior experience in an architectural firm is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction best practices.
Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Nigerian building codes regulations and safety standards.
