Support the Nationalization officer in developing recruitment strategies to achieve required Emirati recruitment and retention objectives.
Contribute towards the development and implementation of retention programs to facilitate the company's Nationalization strategy.
Adhere to official recruitment directives for Emiratis in order to achieve the nationalization percentage.
Conduct the full onboarding procedure for new Emirati recruits including contract signing, medical exam, and registration in pension fund.
Maintain effective relationship with Emirati employees and managers to support with HR related requests and admin tasks.
Assist in building strong relationship with UAE colleges and universities in order to source the needed talents.
Ensure that all transactions and reports are processed in compliance with UAE labor law, Emiratization guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
