Transaction Advisory services to Global SaT leaders
Responsible for leading client interactions, delivery, and relationship building with SaT Global Sector leaders – role would require direct coordination with onshore PPEDs / SMs / Ms
Work across the entire M&A deal lifecycle from deal origination to closure, including transaction screening, proposals, pitch books, industry research, precedent transactions and comparative, valuation analysis, opportunity papers, Information Memorandums etc.
