Position Overview:

ARDENT Protection LLC seeks a Client Success Specialist (CSS) to help maintain operational efficiency and provide exceptional support to our clients. This role involves handling administrative tasks serving as the initial client contact and requires a strong sales background with previous service company experience. The CSS will manage inbound sales calls educate clients on services offered by the security industry and assist each client with making the best choice to fit their specific security need. • Responding to client inquiries and calls.

• Efficiently inputting and managing entries into a CRM.

• Educating clients about security services.

• Guiding clients to suitable solutions even when it means recommending alternatives or competitors.

• Escalating higher tier deals to CS leadership for further handling and support.

• Directly assisting and closing inbound sales leads with values ranging from $800 $5000.
