What youll get to do

As our Lead Recruiter Egypt you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process on a national level and you will therefore strongly contribute to our growth. In this exciting position you will coordinate a recruiting team in Egypt and be responsible for achieving our recruiting targets while you are reporting to the team lead Recruiting & Employer Branding located in Vienna Headquarter. You will act as a professional sparring partner for both Hiring Managers and your team leader and have the opportunity to actively help shape our employer brand.

Among other things you will:

• Management and handling of the entire recruiting process for all positions in Egypt
• Identify optimization opportunities and coordinate the team in Egypt to achieve recruiting targets
• Sparring partner for hiring managers from the definition of job requirements to preparing an offer to the candidate
• Defining target groupspecific recruiting strategies and actively sourcing candidates
• Screening applications conducting structured job interviews and coordinating the entire selection process
• Analysis and further development of an optimal candidate experience
• Proactively contributing ideas for the further development of processes and tools
• Work closely together with the HR team in our Vienna Headquarter and adapting the global processes and frameworks to the local environment

Who you are

• You have a degree in HR / Recruiting
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in a similar position ideally in an international environment
• You are resultsdriven and KPIfocused ready to take ownership of your responsibilities
• You have extensive expertise in common recruiting and sourcing tools as well as interest in the latest trends and technologies in this area
• You are proactive selfmotivated and have the necessary drive to push ideas forward
• You are independent structured and have a precise way of working
• You have strong communication skills as well as a high level of stress resistance and service orientation
• You thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth environment
• You have excellent English language skills
