- Business Insights: Help to shape decisions and outcomes with deep financial insights and help to define what success metrics are required for growing businesses as we move them to scale and drive consistency in how we measure and look at our business and opportunity.
- Manage the business: Business health insights at monthly business reviews and facilitate course correction in collaboration with business partners.
- Target Setting: Lead the development and update of nearterm targets for the Teams business and evaluate risks and opportunities in close partnership with Engineering GTM Marketing Business Planning Customer Value Sales and Marketin
- Competitive Analysis: Research and build deep competitive insights analyse internal and external data to inform competitive position and drive growth actions.
- Performs analysis and research of present and future financial performance financial plans (e.g. expected returns resource allocation pricing investment opportunities)
- Assists in the execution of the annual business planning and forecasting process. Completes analysis modeling and research to support preliminary and adjusted forecast cycles. Partners and solicits insight from business and commercial stakeholders.
- Provides business leader support and actionable insights during financial close periods. Reviews recurring financial reporting and presentations. Identifies trends and formulates action plans. Determines financial results (e.g. revenue profitability OPEX etc.) and conducts variance analyses. Identifies variance causes and solutions. Collaborates to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results.
