Oversee and coordinate all aspects of catering operations from menu planning and food preparation to execution and delivery.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific catering needs and preferences ensuring a personalized and exceptional culinary experience.
Manage catering staff including hiring training and scheduling to ensure a high level of service and seamless event execution.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships for sourcing quality ingredients and catering supplies.
Create and manage catering budgets ensuring costeffective operations and maximizing profitability.
Stay updated on culinary trends dietary preferences and industry innovations to enhance catering offerings.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards in all catering operations.
Handle client inquiries provide quotes and negotiate contracts to secure catering bookings.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts or a related field.
Demonstrate 2 years of proven experience as a Catering Manager showcasing successful planning and execution of diverse catering events.
Strong understanding of culinary trends menu planning and food safety regulations.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate catering staff.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in catering software and Microsoft Office applications.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required by the catering schedule.

Full Time
