Job Description
Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Remote
3-6 Months
- Must have minimum 5 of relevant experience on implementing HCM modules - Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Suite, ORC, Learn
- Should have worked on at least 2-3 Implementations or 4-5 Upgrades or 4-5 Maintenance projects as Lead or Functional Consultant in HCM
- Strong Functional Skills on Fusion- Core HR, Absence, Bi / OTBI Reports, OTL, Talent
- Should be able to drive Support, Implementations and Upgrades if
- Should have experience in Stake Holder Management and Customer
- Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support
- Good Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (Core HR, Fast formula, PMS & Talent).
