- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
