Job Description
- Managing a Quality Service - Deliver excellent customer service taking into account any needs and requirements. Identify any issues arising and work with the team to resolve them. Organise time and activities to deliver a high quality and efficient service.
- Delivering at Pace - Focus on delivering a timely performance with energy and taking responsibility for any actions taken. It is about working to agreed goals and timing and dealing responsibly with setbacks.
