Work with the team to develop acceptance criteria for user stories and relevant test scenarios.
Collaborate with testing teams to ensure that deliverables meet the specified requirements.
Proactively researching and recommending solutions and innovative features to solve business problems.
Demonstrate solutions to customers and gather feedback.
Perform continuous reviews of a process and templates to align processes with changing business conditions and new products and service offerings.
