Position Overview:

Responsibilities
UX research
- Plan and conduct user research and testing
- Drive user interviews
- Define and sketch our personas
- Build and animate a pool of key users
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback in order to enhance user experience
User experience
- Ensure a seamless user experience on the platform
- Create necessary tools (storyboards user flows wireframes prototypes mockups ) to help decision making
- Lead UX workshops to gather needs and gain approval
User interface
- Create usercentered attractive designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
- Rebrand the platform to make it more userfriendly innovative and trendy.
UX writing
- Be responsible of the content on the platform
- Have capacities to write clear descriptions for the user
- Document tutorials and training guidelines for internal / external users
Overall
- Do competitive intelligence and follow emerging trends in terms of user experience design and user interface technology
- Collaborate deeply and align with the PO on roadmap and strategy.
